How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only, using USPS and FedEx live rates.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your ZIP code and the weight of your order.
Does weather affect shipping?
Yes — during warmer months (May–October) we may delay chocolate or heat-sensitive items until Monday to avoid weekend heat exposure. We recommend upgrading to expedited shipping for heat-sensitive items.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Non-ingestible items (tools, books, accessories) may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. Ingestible food and supplement items cannot be returned or refunded for safety reasons.

Every One Life Diet supplement was personally formulated by Dr. Jonathan Haynes, MD — a weight loss physician with clinics in Solana Beach and Carlsbad, California.
Are your products gluten-free, soy-free, and aspartame-free?
Most of our protein bars, drinks, and snacks are free from gluten, soy, and aspartame. Check each product page for full ingredient information.
Can I take supplements with my current medications?
Always consult your physician before starting any new supplement, especially if you take prescription medications.

Do I have to be a clinic patient to buy products?
No. All products ship nationwide and are available to anyone.
