IMPORTANT SUMMER SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Chocolate and chocolate covered items are never guaranteed not to melt, especially in the summer. Orders placed between April and October may ship on Monday to avoid being left in a hot warehouse over the weekend if expedited shipping is not chosen.

TIPS FOR ORDERING HEAT SENSITIVE PRODUCTS:

- After receiving your chocolate products, put them in the refrigerator as soon as possible for 30 minutes before opening. This will allow any chocolate that has softened during shipping to reset.

- If you are typically not at home when your packages arrive consider arranging to have it delivered to a location (such as work or a friend’s house) that will prevent it from sitting outside in direct sunlight or consider upgrading your shipping method to a transit time of no longer than 2 days.

- If you are ordering heat sensitive and non-heat sensitive products you may want to consider placing 2 orders. One order with heat sensitive products and one without. That way you only pay for the upgraded shipping on heat sensitive products.

RETURNS:

Non-ingestible food/supplement items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund.

Ingestible food and supplement items are not returnable or refundable. Shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee.
